Escalla induction week
This week was my first week at Escalla and I had to complete the three day induction. Though out the week I completed a number of different tasks and E-learning training. I have gained a number of different certificates during my time.
Monday
Monday was the first day at Escalla and I first had the introduction to the academy and got told what the do's and don'ts are. Then we went though the key online resources that I will be using during my time as an apprentice. Next I made my career development plan and thought of some goals I would like to reach and what strength and weakness I thought I had and went over how I could make my weakness into strengths.
Tuesday
On Tuesday we went over a number of different topics such as.
- Anti-Radicalisation
- British values
- Citizenship
- Equality and diversity
I learnt about each topic and how I could be effect by them. I also learnt how less applied in the work place.
Wednesday
Wednesday is the last day at Escalla and during my time I have thoughtfully enjoyed myself and have enjoyed meeting new people and look forward to coming back. During the last time we went over the last reaming topics.

- Safeguarding
- End point assessment
- Summative portfolios
