What I did this week This week I worked on any new tickets that came into the CRM or carried on working on any existing tickets that hadn't been closed yet. Monday On Monday I closed off two tickets. The first ticket was a user wasn't receiving any emails on her Outlook account. To fix this issue I logged into her account using the web version of Outlook and she was receiving emails on the web version. In order to fix this, I reset her password and reset her computer. Once she changed her password she re-logged back into Outlook and she then started to receive emails again. The second ticket was a user wasn't sure how to use the scanner. At first, I wasn't 100% sure how to use the scanner but after some research, I was able to show the user how to use the scanner. Tuesday I completed two tickets again on Tuesday the first one being a simple password reset for a user as they couldn't log into their account. Once I reset the password they were able...
